Refund policy

If you are not happy with your Lindislight purchase, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, opened or used soap and skincare products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.

If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will resolve it promptly.
